Refund & Exchange Policy

At Muscle Building Nutrition, we prioritize safety and quality. Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

1. Return Windows

• Unopened Items: 10 days (Must be in sealed/original condition).
• Opened Whey Protein: 24 hours (Max 2 scoops missing).
• Opened Pre-workout / Creatine / Sleep: 24 hours (Only if faulty; silica pack must be present).

2. Key Conditions

• Shipping Fees: All return/exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and tubs with more than 2 missing scoops are non-returnable.
• Sales Events: Flavor exchanges for opened tubs do not apply during discounts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Verification: Photo/video proof is required for all requests.
